Only a few of the 183 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are left to lease at The McKenzie. Located at the corner of Harvard Avenue and Tracy Street, the 22-story tower is between historic Highland Park and the popular Knox-Henderson neighborhood, according to Allie Beth Allman & Associates’ Urban Group.

Built by StreetLights Residential, one of the nation’s top multifamily developers, The McKenzie has tapped into a fast-growing market of young professionals and baby boomers seeking a luxury for-rent lifestyle, according to the Urban Group.

The McKenzie, at 3140 Harvard Ave., was named the best high-rise development in Dallas. One reason is its location north of Uptown, close to Central Expressway, the Katy Trail, world-class shops and restaurants and the Dallas Arts District.
